When do I pay?
After we confirm your profile is a fit, agree the scope and start date, and confirm access. The sample is free and does not start a subscription.
When does the initial work happen?
The initial audit and improvement plan are due within 10 business days after we receive access and complete business details. We implement approved changes after your review. Google controls whether and when edits are accepted.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before your next renewal through the billing portal or by email. The paid service period continues unless otherwise agreed. You keep your profile and approved content.
What happens if work is missed?
Contact us to arrange a correction or an appropriate refund for agreed work that was not delivered. The service terms explain the process.
What is outside the plan?
Website SEO or builds, advertising, directory campaigns, dedicated keyword or map-grid rank tracking, new-profile verification and suspension appeals. You distribute the review-request kit; we do not send messages to your customers.
Do you guarantee more enquiries or better rankings?
No. We promise the defined work and a clear record of it. Local results depend on factors including relevance, distance and prominence. A change in profile clicks does not establish new jobs or revenue.
